Our Cleaning Checklist outlines every task included at each service level, giving you complete control over what gets done and how.

And if your needs go beyond cleaning—no problem! You’re still in charge. Whether it’s errands, organizing, or extra help around the house, we’re here to take care of it all. The services we provide are always shaped by your priorities and carried out to your exact specifications.

With years of experience in the cleaning industry, we’ve carefully tested and refined our selection of products to ensure the best possible results. The only things not included are the tasks you don’t mention or those not listed on the Cleaning Checklist. If it’s on the list, accessible, and part of the job, it gets done! And if it’s not listed but you’d like it to be, just let us know. We’re here to complete the tasks YOU want done — not just what the checklist dictates.

We at Grime Reaper UP strive to be flexible and accommodate our clients’ schedules as best as possible. If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, please keep the following in mind:

● No charge will apply if you cancel at least 4 days before your scheduled appointment.
● Cancellations made 3 days prior will incur a 25% fee of the original cleaning cost.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 60% charge of the cleaning cost.

This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and ensure fair compensation for the time reserved for your service. Short-notice cancellations make it difficult to offer the time slot to another client, resulting in a loss of potential income. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

At Grime Reaper UP, we value transparency and fairness when it comes to service estimates. For initial quotes provided online or over the phone, we’re happy to offer them completely free of charge as part of our commitment to excellent service.

However, for in-person estimates that require travel and other direct costs, we charge a modest $30 fee to help offset those expenses. If you choose to move forward with our services, this fee will be credited toward your first cleaning appointment—making your estimate effectively free.

For the past 30 years, Grime Reaper UP operated intermittently, but since 2017 it has become a consistent and primary source of income. Seven years into this steady phase, Grime Reaper UP was officially registered with the Idaho Secretary of State and has been growing ever since. Our excellent reputation has spread throughout Gaastra Miscan, allowing us to serve and support an increasing number of community members. As demand for our services has continued to rise, we’ve expanded our operations to meet that growing need. In total, Grime Reaper UP has been building its legacy for nearly 37 years!

That is entirely your choice—whether you’d like to be home or away during cleanings. Here’s our opinion on the matter:

Preferred Scenario: We actually prefer that you aren’t home while we’re cleaning. Why? Because things often get re-dirtied or moved around during the process, and our goal is to leave your home completely sanitized, organized, and refreshed. Plus, we love the “ta-da!” moment when our clients walk in to a spotless, great-smelling home—it’s one of the best parts of what we do!

Understanding Your Preferences: That said, we completely understand that some clients prefer to stay home, especially during the first few visits or for other personal reasons. If you’d rather be there, that’s absolutely fine—it’s your home, and the choice is 100% yours.

So, whether you’re present to watch the magic happen or prefer to return to a wonderful surprise, we’re happy to work however makes you most comfortable!

Even for similar tasks, such as dusting, our cloths are changed frequently to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and efficiency. After all, it’s hard to dust properly with a dusty rag!

We also follow a strict color-coded system for our cleaning cloths to prevent any risk of cross-contamination. Each color is designated for a specific task or area, ensuring complete safety and sanitation. These protocols have been part of our routine for so many years that they’ve become second nature to us.

A Certificate of Insurance — our professional liability policy — is always available for review should you wish to see it. You can take comfort in knowing that all your valued belongings are protected in the unlikely event of damage caused by Grime Reaper UP. While Idaho state laws do not require licensing for many of the services we offer (such as housekeeping), Grime Reaper UP is a fully registered LLC with the Idaho Secretary of State and holds an official EIN number with the IRS. For any task that legally requires a licensed professional under the Bureau of Occupational Licensure, Jaymi’s Jobs will always ensure that a qualified and properly credentialed expert is brought in to complete the work safely and professionally.
