The Cleaning Checklist is similar to most other cleaning service providers with perhaps some slight variations in inclusions. Any of the services listed in the Checklist can be added or swapped out for other services to meet your individual needs. Just let us know what tasks you need accomplished! The timing and final pricing can always be adjusted to whatever you require.
Because of our desire to actually sanitize and clean your home rather than just make it appear clean, you will likely see that level of detail reflected in our Estimate of Timing – how long we feel it will take to accomplish your tasks. You’ll notice the Estimate is usually a bit higher than most quotes you may receive but, at the same time, you will see the difference in the results too!
Further, as you review our Cleaning Checklist, remember that we are happy to customize a cleaning plan to meet YOUR needs, not just our checklist. Whatever level of cleaning you’re seeking and regardless of the frequency, we enjoy working with individuals and families to get their home or business sanitized and clean. It is our goal to make your home or business the sparkling oasis you’d like it to be and to develop a long-term relationship with you. In order to achieve these goals, we know that open communication is a key factor.
